Titles and abstracts of 962 full-length articles, found by the search were screened; 851 studies were excluded based on the exclusion criteria (see supplementary materials) to yield 111 studies for full-text screening. Subsequently, the same investigators scrutinized the full texts of relevant articles (n = 111) against the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria, which resulted in further exclusion of 78 articles.
